2021 Season Information-at-Glance

The PBLA returns for 2021 and its 35th Anniversary!    Here are some highlights:

  • All games will be played at Rizzo Rink unless a situation causes a change.  As usual, games will be Monday and Wednesday @ 7:00pm and 8:15pm.
  • The fee is $185 – that’s $5 cheaper than the previous season.  (Savings from a new credit card processor have been passed on to you)
  • You must be or become a US Lacrosse member to participate.  Please have your US Lacrosse membership ID# handy when registration or log in with US Lacrosse user name and password.  If you don’t have a membership, the fee will be added to your league fee and your membership will automatically processed.  Starting in 2020, the Philadelphia Department of Recreation required all adult leagues to be privately insured.  The PBLA has partnered with US Lacrosse to provide this and we are now an officialy sanctioned program under the US Lacrosse umbrella.  Your membership also provides you with insurance for other US Lacrosse events, leagues, and tournaments as well.  For more information for what what else your membership includes, click here.
  • When registering, you can log-in with your US Lacrosse username and password for simplicity.  That will complete most of your registration
  • COVID-19 Restrictions (most likely to ease as we go)  Some restrictions may still be in place but these seem to be evolving everyday.
  • Open lacrosse starts May 10, 2021 @7:00 pm
  • Late fee of $25 will begin May 26th.  First game will be June 2, 2021
